Virtual Children's Program - Excavating Ancient Egypt
Explore three objects from Egypt with Johnson Museum of Art educators Andrea Murray and Carol Hockett and learn more about their role in mummification and beliefs in the afterlife. This interactive program will be live on Zoom with the opportunity for discussion and Q&A. The program is best for 4th-7th grade.
Carol Hockett has served as the Coordinator of School and Family Programs at the Johnson Museum of Art since 2004. She and Lead Teacher Andrea Murray oversee preK-12 outreach programs for schools throughout central New York, developing curriculum and teaching classes.
