Join fellow grilling enthusiasts for a happy hour dedicated to BBQ! Trade tips and tricks, and share what you've been grilling this summer while Club Member and grilling enthusiast Steve Gargano hosts our happy hour with his grill fired up and spatula in hand! 

Send us your favorite BBQ and dessert recipes here! We will later include it for the Member Edition of The Big Red Kitchen. 

Steve Gargano is an active member of the Cornell Club's Program Committee. In 2018 Steve's team, Team Gargaque, took home the people's choice award at the Hotel School judged Big Red Iron Chef Competition. Steve is a Dyson School Graduate and serves on the board of Cornell University's College of Business, and the Dyson School Advisory Council. Mr. Gargano is also a graduate of Harvard Business School.
