The Art of Blind Wine Tasting

There are serious skills required in identifying wine, and practice is the only way to get there. But the most important reason to taste wine "blind" is to get an unbiased, objective understanding of what you like and dislike. Join the Cornell Club for a fun and interactive blind wine tasting of fine wine accompanied by a light buffet. Attendees will taste several wines and attempt to correctly identify the country of origin, variety, and vintage of each. Keri Levens, General Manager and Wine Director at Chefs Club, will guide attendees through the process, offering useful tasting tips and answering questions. Keri holds the Certified level with the Court of Master Sommeliers and a candidate for the Diploma from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust.

6:00pm reception, 6:30pm wine tasting. $50 per person, including tax and service charge. Advance reservations required by Friday, August 9^th, at which time they are considered final sale.
