Inside Farm.One's Tribeca production farm, they use LED lighting, hydroponics, and technology to grow a huge variety of culinary plants, numbering over 600 to date. They use no pesticides or chemicals, and 95% less water than a traditional farm. Farm.One provides the freshest most delicious rare herbs, microgreens, and edible flowers to dozens of Michelin-starred restaurants around the city.

6:00pm tour. $38 per person; includes 55 minute tour, tasting of dozens of different rare-herbs, microgreens and edible flowers, and complimentary Prosecco.
