Hear from Barbara Novick, one of BlackRock's founders. What were the critical strategy decisions enabling BlackRock to evolve and grow?  How has the industry changed over the past three decades?  What are the key trends that will impact asset management over the next decade?

Ms. Novick is a member of BlackRock's Global Executive Committee, Enterprise Risk Committee and Geopolitical Risk Committee.
