Jen Brady is a trained Sommelier and Wine Educator and has been in the wine industry for the past 12 years. She began her career and education in the Napa Valley, where she had the privilege of learning under some of the best Viticulture and Enology professors in the valley. Simultaneously, she worked at Artesa Vineyards & Winery, a prestigious Napa winery where she was a curator of their food & wine programs. She moved back to NYC in 2012 and has run many restaurant beverage programs in Manhattan from casual to fine dining. While Jen has also been a restaurant General Manager and a restaurant consultant, her true passion has always been education. She has been teaching wine classes for over 10 years and is the wine educator for Aveniu Brands, a Spanish wine importing company. In 2015, she opened The Wine Lab, a wine school based in Brooklyn. She teaches several classes a week and loves to share her passion and knowledge of all things beverage related.
6:00pm hors d'oeuvres reception, 6:30pm tasting dinner. $70 per person, including tax and service charge. Advance reservations required by Tuesday, May 7th, at which point are considered final sale.
