Myth has it that painting with watercolor can be "the most difficult medium of all," but instructor Joan Iaconetti will simplify the process, showing you otherwise. In this program you will channel your inner artist, to create a simple floral painting and several small abstract pieces to take home. Neither drawing skill nor 'artistic talent' is necessary to enjoy this course.

Joan Iaconetti is an award-winning watercolorist who has successfully taught hundreds of students in her "Watercolor for Absolute Beginner" classes. Her paintings have been shown in many national juried exhibits, including: the National Watercolor Society and the Allied Artists of America, the George Billis Gallery in Chelsea, the Armature Arts Space in Bushwick, Brooklyn, the Salmagundi Club, and a solo show at The New School University.

1:00-3:00pm.  $55 per member, $65 per guest. Lunch and all painting supplies are included in the event price.  Advance reservations required by Wednesday, July 13th, at which time they are considered final sale.
