At the Penn Club's fall panel on the Future of Media and Entertainment, leading executives from media and entertainment will convene to discuss numerous industry shifts spurred by digital content, new media, and changing demographics. Coming from all corners of the industry, the panelists will present a multifaceted view of how the onset of the digital age has impacted them, from marketing strategy to monetization of content to licensing and protection issues.

Paul Greenberg - Executive Vice President & General Manager, FYI and 45th & Dean, A+E Networks
Paul Greenberg is an experienced media and technology leader, a two-time CEO, President and General Manager. He is Executive Vice President and General Manager of the FYI cable network, part of A+E Networks. During his tenure, he also founded and now oversees 45th & Dean, A+E Networks’ digital studio, responsible for digital video creation and all social media across A+E Networks brands, including Lifetime, History, A&E, and FYI. He has grown video views 75% year-over-year and social engagements 175%. Additionally, 45th & Dean has created a hit Snapchat show, a hit YouTube series and is launching shows on other leading social platforms.
Neal Carruth - General Manager, Podcasts, NPR
Neal Carruth is NPR's general manager of podcasts, and is the first to hold this position. In the role, Carruth supports the teams working on NPR's podcasts, strengthens connections between NPR's podcast portfolio and NPR's newsroom and Member stations, and supports innovation and new program development.
