Join Club Members for an exclusive invitation to the Sunday evening dress rehearsal performance of To Be or Not to Be, the stage version by Nick Whitby, of the brilliant 1942 Ernst Lubitsch film comedy in which an actor’s troupe faces the loss of its treasured theater in Nazi-occupied Warsaw, but first has a chance to outwit the invaders.  The film stared Carole Lombard, Jack Benny, Robert Stack, Felix Bressart, Lionel Atwill, Stanley Ridges and Sig Ruman. 

Following the performance, Members are invited to a social reception with complimentary in the historic Green Room, to meet the actors.  Founded in 1884, The Amateur Comedy Club is the oldest continuously operating theatrical society in the nation.  No tickets are ever sold to performances, attendance is only by members and their invited guests and tickets are extremely limited!    

$15 per person.  The theater door opens at 6:30pm and performance begins at 7:00pm.  The Amateur Comedy Club is located at 150 East 36 Street (bet. Lexington and Third Ave.), please note, there is no signage on the theater.  Tickets are considered final sale upon purchase.
