Prelude Conversation to Music U. Cornell at Carnegie Hall

The celebration continues! In honor of Cornell's 150^th anniversary Roberto Sierra, Old Dominion Foundation Professor in the Humanities was commissioned to create a piece for the Cornell University Glee Club & Chorus. Leon Botsein, Music Director and Principal Conductor of the American Symphony Orchestra and Robert Isaacs, Priscilla Browning Director of Choral Programs join Professor Sierra in a conversation on how the piece was commissioned, the creative process, and what to listen for at the MUSIC U. performance on Sunday, April 19^th. 

8:00pm welcome, 8:15pm lecture, 9:00pm dessert reception.  This is a gratis event, but advance reservations are required by Tuesday, April 14^th.
