This month, our culinary team is hosting a Caribbean inspired tasting menu - perfect for any adventurers who can't wait to escape the brutal NYC winter. Everyone loves the culture and warmth of the famed Caribbean isles.  Savor a six-course tasting menu as vibrant as the islands themselves!

Conch Ceviche
Papaya, Chili, Cilantro, Ginger Foam, Plantain Chip

Pumpkin-Shrimp Bisque 
Grilled Head on Prawn, Coconut, Scotch Bonnet Pepper, Herb Oil

Jamaican Curried Goat and Oxtail Stew
Red Beans and Rice

Fried Red Snapper
Callaloo Puree and Calypso Sauce

Jerk Spiced Lamb Ribs
Plantain Mash, House-made Pickle, Cornbread, Tamarind Reduction

Golden Rum Cake
