A Taste of Italy: Wine Pairing Dinner

No passport is needed to enjoy a taste of la dolce vita! Join us at the Clubhouse for a wine-pairing dinner inspired by the flavors of Italy. Chef Joe Boko's menu will showcase the delicious diversity of Italy's culinary traditions. Each of the five courses, including the reception, will be paired with a wine from a different region of Italy. From the mountains of Piedmont to the shores of Sicily, our pairings will take your palate on an adventure.

The tasting will be led by wine writer and presenter Wanda Mann, creator of Wine With Wanda. Wanda is the East Coast Editor for The SOMM Journal and her writing has also been featured in Food & Wine, NAPA Magazine, and other publications. Wanda has been a presenter at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, the Women in Wine Leadership Symposium, the Charleston Wine + Food Festival, and the Nantucket Wine & Food Festival. Wanda is the immediate past president of Les Dames d'Escoffier New York, a non-profit organization that provides scholarships to women pursuing careers in food, wine & spirits, and hospitality. She also serves on the board of the Society of Wine Educators.
