Israeli Wine Dinner
The Cornell Club welcomes back Skyview Wines and Spirits for our second annual Israeli Wine Dinner! Join us for a cocktail reception where you will sample 10 wines before sitting down to a three-course menu.
The Israeli wine scene is considered both new and old. New, because it has received the highest wine world recognition in the past 30 years for its winemaking and attention to quality, and old, because the "terroir" of the region lent itself to vines over 1500 years ago. We would like to invite you to join us on September 20th, as we partner with Skyview Wines and Spirits (the hub for Israeli wines in New York), and pair Israeli wines with the finest Cornell Club dining. You will be treated to an evening of some of Israel's best wines with Mediterranean flair and an inside look at this fascinating wine region. These wines will be unlike anything your taste buds have experienced and we will pair it with the perfect food and company.

First Course:
Smoked Trout Salad
Apples, Young Celery, Horseradish, Pumpernickel Toast
Entrée:
Grilled Lamb T Bones
Tabbouleh, Broccolini, Mint Pesto
Dessert:
Caramelized Plum Tart
Vanilla Scented Frozen Yogurt
6:00pm cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception, 6:30pm dinner. $60 per person includes wine pairings, tax, and gratuity. Advance reservations required by Thursday, September 15th, at which time they are considered final sale.
