Hispanic Heritage Month Wine Tasting

Come celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with The Cornell Club-New York and CLAA by learning about signature wines from Latin America and Spain and trying traditional style hors d'oeuvres.
Cheryl Stanley has been involved with food since the age of 10. She attended The School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, and upon graduation, she took her enthusiasm for beverages and food service and applied it to both hotel and restaurant operations. Falling in love with teaching from an opportunity to teach at The Culinary Institute of America, she pursued her Master's degree in Hospitality and Retail Management from Texas Tech University. Mrs. Stanley returned to The CIA prior to joining the Food and Beverage Operations area back at Cornell. She teaches Introduction to Wines and Beverage Management and coaches Cornell Cuvée, the internationally award-winning blind wine tasting competition team.
7:00pm tasting, $45 plus tax and service charge per person. Advanced registrations required by Tuesday, October 10th at which point they are considered final sale.
