Good Health and a Well-Balanced Life
A healthy workforce can lead to a robust, high-performing company. Workers who are healthy are more productive and perform better – and they are more likely to stay with their companies. A well-designed program can reduce health care costs, decrease absenteeism, increase retention, and maximize productivity. Debra Wein ’90, founder and CEO of Wellness Workdays, will provide an overview of the benefits of worksite wellness programs and the innovative initiatives that employers are implementing to help their employees lead healthier lifestyles. Wein will also address the health and wellness needs of attendees and provide tips and strategies to create a healthy balance in your life by taking proper care of your mind and body. With the hectic pace of work, life and family, we often neglect to take care of ourselves. Find out how to commit to healthy lifestyle choices that will help you stay engaged!
