Members are invited for a private tour and luncheon at the world's premier culinary college, the CIA. The Cornell Club's recently retired Executive Chef Michael Rizzo and The Penn Club's Executive Chef Charles Kehrli, both CIA graduates, will join Cornell, Yale, and Penn Club Members on a tour of the 170 acre campus and lunch at Caterina De' Medici Resturant. Some of the world's most famous Chefs were educated at the CIA, including: Anthony Bourdain, David Burke, Todd English, Cat Cora, Michael Chiarello, and Grant Achatz. As a true not-for-profit college, the CIA mission is to provide the world's best professional culinary education; students choose the CIA for gold-standard education programs, expert faculty, world class facilities, and outstanding career opportunities.

$65 per person plus tax and service charge includes the tour and lunch.  

10:15am tour, 11:30am luncheon. Registration is required by Wednesday, May 22nd, at which point it is considered final sale.

Members are encouraged to find their own transportation to Hyde Park (the Metro North is ideal). The Program Department is happy to provide Members with driving directions or a Metro North schedule. 

The Group will meet at the Roth Hall Welcome Center.
