When it comes to wine, California has it all. The Golden State produces 85% of the wine in the United States, but the remarkable array of styles and varietals are even more impressive than the quantity. Join us for a guided tasting with wine writer and presenter Wanda Mann of quality wines from coastal regions, mountain vineyards, well-known producers, and rising stars. From Sonoma to Paso Robles, we'll take your palate on a journey.
Wanda is the East Coast Editor for The SOMM Journal and her writing has also been featured in Food & Wine, Travel + Leisure, and other publications. Wanda has been a presenter at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, the Women in Wine Leadership Symposium, the Charleston Wine + Food Festival, and the Nantucket Wine & Food Festival. Wanda serves on the board of the Society of Wine Educators and is past president of Les Dames d'Escoffier New York, a non-profit organization that provides scholarships to women pursuing careers in food, wine & spirits, and hospitality.
