2016 is predicted to be a remarkable year in terms of New York City Real Estate.  Join industry experts in real estate and wealth management for an interactive discussion on buying vs. renting in the current market.  From interest rate hikes to stock market jitters, the panelists will speak about the luxury market to the influx of rentals and will share their top-line market predictions for 2016.

THE PANELISTS:

Ari Harkov – Principal of the Harkov Lewis Team, Halstead Property
Ari Harkov is a real estate broker with Halstead Property and heads up the Harkov Lewis Team, along with his business partner Warner Lewis, one of the top teams in the nation as ranked by the Wall Street Journal. The team, which focuses on residential sales in Manhattan and Brooklyn, works with both individual buyers and sellers and developers. Ari holds an MBA with honors from Columbia University and currently resides in Park Slope, Brooklyn, with his wife, 2-year-old son, and dog.

Daniel Gershburg - Owner/President, Gershburg Law, P.C.        
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Daniel Gershburg always had an entrepreneurial spirit. After graduating New York Law School, Daniel immediately opened the doors to his own law office, hoping to change the way small attorneys are perceived.  With a focus on Real Estate, Daniel has successfully closed hundreds of transactions and represented everyone from first time buyers to institutional lenders and developers.  Besides being the Owner and President, Daniel is involved in various not for profit and Pro Bono initiatives including the Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project. He teaches Real Estate law for various CLE providers, including LexisNexis, Lawline.com and NACLE.com.

Brad Sherman - President, Sherman Wealth Management LLC                  
Brad Sherman has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry.  He founded Sherman Wealth Management because he believes that every client deserves the highest level of individualized attention, regardless of their age or the size of their financial profile. He prides himself on being an advocate for his clients, providing a Fiduciary, fee-only service, designed to make clients feel comfortable with their investment choices and strategies.  Brad earned a B.S. in International Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and, while earning his Masters of Science in Finance from American University, was the Portfolio Manager of the Student Managed Endowment Fund.
